If you are ready to move on from your current home, should you sell the home or rent it out and start building wealth? In today’s market, there are a few different scenarios that you can explore if you are asking yourself the same question.
When working with a professional, you want to be clear on your plan. Some will quickly buy or sell a house, and maybe it is not the best option. That being said, it might be a better idea to rent out the home and let the appreciation benefit you.
We are seeing anywhere from 4% to 11% in home appreciation right now. If you can afford to keep your home and buy another, then you are ready for the “wealth-building” stage of your life. We can help you rent out the property to a tenant, manage it, and start to generate some passive income.
